1. About Simply Solar

Simply Solar LLC is a solar company headquartered in New Jersey. We provide residential solar installation services to customers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. These Terms govern your use of our Website and your interactions with us prior to entering into any separate written installation or service agreement. Any solar installation services performed by Simply Solar will be governed by a separate signed contract between you and Simply Solar.

2. Eligibility

By using the Website or providing your information to us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Website on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Quote Requests and Lead Information

When you request a solar quote or otherwise submit information through the Website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Quotes provided by Simply Solar are estimates only and are not binding offers. Final pricing, system specifications, and installation timelines will be set forth in a written installation agreement, which must be signed by both parties before any work begins.

Submitting a quote request does not create an obligation for Simply Solar to provide services, nor does it create any contractual relationship beyond your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Consent to Receive Messages. By providing your mobile phone number to Simply Solar through our Website, by phone, or in person, and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Simply Solar at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Types of Messages. Messages may include appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, status updates regarding your installation or service, customer service communications, and promotional offers.

Supported Carriers. Our text messaging program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
